The journal allows the self-archiving and dissemination of articles in institutional repositories, social networks, academic and scientific profiles, including the bibliographic data of the publication.

In addition, the journal has a self-archiving policy that allows all published information to be preserved and restored. The backup is made in the repository available at: https://rgi.edicionescervantes.com of Cervantes-Producciones Digital S.R.L. in which final corrected versions of documents are self-archived in XML-JATS, PDF, HTML and EPUB implementation formats; as well as the OJS Content Management System itself. Likewise, the editorial bases of the magazine are saved and archived in XML format.

In addition, the journal has a site (https://cu-id.com/2277) in the Cu-ID Persistent Identifier project (https://cu-id.com). In this way, it assigns a persistent identifier to all published digital resources, guaranteeing their location and digital preservation.

Authors and reviewers are informed that the journal will maintain a record for internal use of review reports received, as well as correspondence between the journal editorial team and reviewers, and between the editorial team and authors.
